Overview

Starting your journey as an educator or para-educator can be exciting and overwhelming. At BetterLesson, we have supported thousands of early career educators with bringing student centered practices into their classrooms, and have distilled a few key mindsets and practices to launch you into your new journey. In this in-person Design Workshop, we use design thinking to unpack 5 key outcomes for success in establishing your role as a student centered educator, and create a plan for prioritization and ongoing reflection. Each educator will walk away with a library of strategies that align to these outcomes to support them when they are ready to bring these ideas to life with their students.
