Overview

COVID19 has unveiled the importance of supporting the health and wellness of all educators. We have learned that it is essential for educators to be their best selves in order for learning to thrive. The health of educators, their longevity and stability in a school community, and their effectiveness all influence student achievement. In this 2-hour virtual workshop we spend time evaluating what resilience and well-being means for educators before reviewing examples and strategies that will support participants to create their own plan for maintaining resiliency.

Audience

Do you know a teacher that’s always on the go, always supporting others, or that always finds time when it seems like there is none? This session is designed for teachers that are in need of a reminder to care for themselves as much as they care for others, and shows them how to do so.
