Overview

School leaders are expected to take on the role of principal fully equipped and aware of the ways to navigate and facilitate high levels of teaching and learning for all. Depending on the varied experiences and levels of training, a broad spectrum of proficiency may exist. Guiding new and aspiring principals in understanding their strengths provides a lens of asset-based practice that can impact exchanges with stakeholders at multiple levels . BL Coaches will lead principals in discovering and understanding character strength as the single greatest lever in enhancing leadership.

Audience

This learning experience is designed for those newer to the Principal role, assistant principals, and teacher leaders developing leadership knowledge and skills.
