Overview

Developing a clearly articulated vision that works in tandem with shared mission, espoused values, and a focus on outcomes serve as the foundation to improvement efforts in any organization, especially schools. Ideally, vision and mission guide the work of the entire school community. When leaders succeed in crafting a shared school vision and mission, educators can take ownership of the work required to achieve high levels of teaching and learning. This 2-hour virtual workshop is designed to equip principals and other instructional leaders with tools and strategies to support the development of intentionally crafted and clearly articulated school vision and mission that best serve stakeholder interests.
