In this course, you will explore why culturally responsive school leadership matters and tools and strategies to ensure learning environments are equitable and inclusive for diverse students. This course is for instructional leaders desiring to have a deeper understanding of equity related issues and its context in the school program holistically.
I use equity as a lens to evaluate programming in my leadership practice, mitigate resistance as needed, and enact strategies to ensure equitable outcomes for stakeholders.
