Transformational coaching explores teachers beliefs, being, and behaviors and how they relate to educational and worldwide systems. It goes deeper than the day-to-day instruction in the classroom. It gets to the core of who the teacher is as a person as well as their personal and professional goals and aspirations.Transformational coaching focuses on participants increasing their awareness about who they are, their work, and how they both align to broader organizational ideals and beliefs. This 2-hour workshop is designed to equip school and district leaders with tools and considerations for implementing transformational coaching as a means to effectuate organizational change.
