Overview

A student-centered school leader can lead change and improve instruction to help both students and teachers succeed while building a positive school culture. The Leading Through Change focus area provides school leaders with the skills they need to positively impact the academic success of their students, the cultural climate of their schools, and the professional development and retention of their teachers.

Our 1:1 coaching methodology centers on the principles of actionable research and job-embedded best practices to provide the most personalized and differentiated approach to meet the needs of our participants. This professional learning is designed to support each participant with what they need, not a one-size-fit all approach. Our Leading Through Change coaches use the “Try, Measure, Learn” approach to create an ongoing change in practice.
