Overview

Instructional leaders, to be able to build support and adjust their plan, need to know how teaching and learning is progressing.  Observing teachers in practice and providing timely, specific feedback is an integral component of improving teaching and  learning. However, many leaders struggle to find the time to observe live or asynchronous instruction, and even more so to give actionable feedback. This session will explore how instructional leaders can use feedback and observation cycles to support teaching and learning.

Audience

This session is designed for district,  school, and teacher leaders who interface with school-level educators to provide instructional support, training, and leadership.
