Sharonda brings over 16 years of a unique combination of business, teaching and educational leadership with work dedicated to student success. Her teaching career spans from Preschool to 8th grade in regular education, inclusion and special educational classrooms. Sharonda joined BetterLesson June 2021 as an instructional coach supporting teachers, building and district leaders.
