Overview

A problem-based curriculum intentionally selects and sequences activities to build student understanding over time. Teachers internalize this learning progression as part of planning in order to efficiently support students. In this second 2-hour virtual workshop of the launch series, participants will explore the design of a unit and determine how this design will impact daily and long-term planning.

This is the second workshop of a 3-5 session virtual workshop series designed for those just getting started with the curriculum. In this series, participants will gain awareness of the structure and goals of the curriculum and develop an understanding of how it is designed for problem-based learning and its implications on their instructional practice.
